Operations Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility to work from home. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of BuildML's operations to ensure seamless execution of services and programs. Responsibilities include implementing efficient operational processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing schedules and timelines, maintaining project documentation, and identifying areas for operational improvements. The role will also involve communication with team members and clients to ensure high-quality delivery of our services.

Qualifications

• Operational management and organizational skills to develop, implement, and oversee efficient processes and workflows
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team management
• Experience with project management, scheduling, and task coordination tools
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a hybrid work setting
• Familiarity with data science, machine learning, or relevant technology sectors is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
