Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Shift Supervisor. The role will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow management, and supporting overall business performance within the organization. Key responsibilities include supervising operational staff, monitoring store or operational performance, managing schedules, and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The role also involves coordinating inventory activities, implementing operational procedures, resolving day-to-day operational issues, and supporting team performance and productivity initiatives. Additional duties include preparing operational reports, maintaining compliance with company standards, assisting with staff training, and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in operations management, team supervision, and workflow coordination

• Knowledge of store operations, customer service practices, and inventory management procedures

• Ability to monitor operational performance and implement process improvements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in operational systems, POS platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications

• Understanding of operational standards, compliance procedures, and workplace policies

• Ability to manage staff schedules, operational tasks, and daily workflow activities effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Operations, or a related field

• Experience in operations supervision, store management, or shift leadership is a plus

• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination abilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and operational staff

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain operational excellence in a dynamic environment
