Job Role - Tech Support / Admin
Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and proactive professional to support finance operations, asset management, office administration, and transformation initiatives. The role involves managing asset lifecycle processes, AP/AR operations, budgeting support, office facilities coordination, and driving process improvement and automation initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Asset & Finance Operations
- Manage asset registration, tracking, stock-take, transfers, and disposals
- Support AP/AR operations, invoice processing, billing, and payment tracking
- Assist in budgeting, accruals, financial reporting, and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and finance policies
Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, facilities, seating, and workspace management
- Coordinate inventory, renovations, and general office administration activities
Change Management & Transformation
- Support process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Assist in implementing new systems, workflows, and change management activities
- Prepare communications, training materials, and staff engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in finance operations, asset management, or office administration
- Experience in AP/AR, budgeting, asset management, and process improvement
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, AI tools, Canva, Workday, or AMS systems
- Strong organisational, multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
