Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales orders and invoices accurately to support sales operations
- Use SAP B1 to manage and process operational data efficiently
- Answer phones and respond promptly to client requests and inquiries to maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage and update company databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Track inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock for operations
- Draft and mail customer correspondence to support communication and service
- Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs for office and facility equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an operations coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact clearly with clients and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Class 3 driving licence (an advantage)
