Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for aircon servicing, maintenance, and general handyman services.
- Plan and schedule jobs efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery to clients.
- Supervise and guide technicians to ensure quality workmanship and productivity.
- Monitor service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery when required.
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment required for jobs.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service efficiency.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of technicians.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement:
- Experience in operations, facilities management, aircon servicing, or maintenance-related industry.
- Basic technical understanding of aircon servicing, electrical, plumbing, or general repair works.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients, technicians, and management.
- Organized, responsible, and customer-service oriented.
- Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example.
- A good team player and able to work independently.
- Excellent leadership skills with good initiatives, able to analyses and think flexibly
- Supervisory skills and team coordination skills.
- Possess a class 3 driving license.
