Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager / Administrative Executive / Receptionist with Orange Digital Center Mali, located in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing operations and administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordination of activities, document management, and handling communication channels. Assisting in project implementation, providing support for internal and external meetings, and welcoming and managing visitors are key aspects of this role. The role also includes procurement support and managing correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Operational and administrative skills, including organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reception and communication skills, including handling inquiries professionally and managing visitor interactions
  • Coordination and scheduling abilities for meetings, teamwork, and calendar management
  • Proficiency in office software tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative working skills
  • Fluency in English; multilingualism, particularly in French, is an added advantage
  • Work experience in similar administrative or operational roles is beneficial
