- Job Title: Operations & Logistics Coordinator (1-Year Contract)

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, conduct audits, maintain stock levels, and manage procurement (POs/DOs) and supplier replenishment.
- Track shipments, manage logistics partners, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfilment.
- Assist engineers with maintenance, manage faulty equipment returns (RMA/Warranty), and coordinate material sourcing for projects.
- Manage tenancy agreements, lease records, and coordinate site access with building management.
- Handle reporting, scheduling, and filing to support business operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years in logistics, warehouse management, operations, or tenancy management.
- Possess a Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Comfortable working in challenging environments, specifically rooftops and tunnels, and willing to work overtime when needed.
- Experience with RMA processes, basic equipment installation, and operating lifting equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
