We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Operations Logistic Assistant Driver to support daily logistics, transportation, and operational coordination. This role requires a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and includes internal housing audit responsibilities to ensure worker accommodation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements. The candidate must be proactive, responsible, and able to manage both driving and operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Logistics / Operational Duties
- Perform delivery and collection of tools, equipment, documents, and supplies
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily transport schedules
- Maintain proper vehicle upkeep and ensure compliance with Singapore road safety regulations
- Support loading and unloading of materials, equipment, and supplies
- Assist in audit of machineries inventory tracking and movement of stock
- Coordinate with HR and Operations team on worker movement and logistics planning
- Handle basic documentation such as delivery orders, checklists, and records
- Housing Audit (Internal Compliance)
- Conduct regular internal housing inspections for worker accommodations (HDB)
- Verify occupancy compliance (approved capacity vs actual headcount)
- Ensure workers are staying at registered and approved addresses
- Check cleanliness, hygiene, and general living conditions of units
- Identify and report safety issues (e.g. fire hazards, electrical risks, blocked exits)
- Ensure availability of basic facilities (beds, ventilation, sanitation, water supply)
- Maintain updated occupant list and audit records
- Take photos and document findings for reporting purposes
- Escalate non-compliance issues and follow up on corrective actions
Job Requirements
- Possess valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
- Minimum 1-2 years of driving experience in Singapore
- Familiar with Singapore roads (e.g. Tuas, Jurong, Changi, CBD areas)
- Physically fit and able to carry out loading/unloading duties
- Able to perform site visits and housing inspections independently
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week / 8.30am - 5.30pm & 8.30am - 12.30pm
