Operations Leadership Development Program

Location: Singapore

Program Type: Full-time, Rotational Leadership Development Program

Target Level: Experienced Manager

The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is designed to prepare experienced manufacturing operations and/or engineering professionals for senior operations leadership roles. This program is built for high performers who want early accountability, broad operational exposure, and a fast path to operations leadership positions.

When you join this program, you will do high-impact work. Supported by forward-thinking leaders and collaborative colleagues, you will gain exposure to real business challenges, build critical skills, and contribute directly to our success.

Over this 18‑month program, you will progress through a structured series of rotations across complex, global operations supporting leading‑edge semiconductor technology. Role placements are intentionally designed to build on your prior experience and strengths-each participant is thoughtfully mapped to roles such as Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations or Engineering, Quality, or other specialized Manufacturing Operations teams. In these assignments, you will take on meaningful operational ownership, with clear deliverables and measurable performance outcomes.

The program integrates:

  • On-the-job training with hands-on business experience

  • Mentorship from senior Manufacturing leaders

  • Networking opportunities with peers, managers, senior leaders, and global colleagues

  • Performance coaching and career guidance throughout the program

Upon successful completion, participants will be selected for an operations leadership role (e.g., manufacturing operations or functional unit leadership), determined by business needs and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on rotation placement, responsibilities may include:

  • Own and lead critical operational initiatives across manufacturing, engineering

  • Deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, on-time-delivery, and safety

  • Participate in and lead cross-functional, multicultural teams through ambiguity and change

  • Translate tactical and strategic priorities into executable operational plans

  • Build enterprise-level perspective through targeted rotations and stretch assignment

Candidate Profile / Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with a strong performance record

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a technical discipline

  • Demonstrated managerial or team leadership experience

  • Background in manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or adjacent industries

  • Strong business acumen and executive communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience influencing teams in a global environment
