. Minimum 5 years in IT Service Management and Technical Delivery.
. At least 2 years of experience ina leadership or supervisory role.
Job Description:
. Oversee the end-to-end IT technical delivery, ensuring allinfrastructure and security services meet performance and availabilitybenchmarks.
. Drive the adoption of ITIL best practices across Incident, Change, andProblem Management workflows.
. Manage and provide technical direction for infrastructure and Security-related projects, ensuring they stay on track and within scope.
. Champion a user-centric approach to IT services, ensuring technical solutions translate into a positive and efficient experience for the end-users.
. Lead and mentor a team engineers (Network, System, and Cyber), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Skill Sets:
ITService Management (ITSM): ITIL Certification (v3/v4), SLA/OLA Management, and Service Level Reporting.
Team& Resource Leadership: Resource Planning, Technical Mentorship, and Performance Management for teams of 5+members.
Infrastructure& Security Delivery: Oversight of Cisco Networking, VMware/Windows/RHEL Systems, and Cyber Security Stacks(Firewalls/SIEM/EDR).
Management: Lifecycle Management for Security Initiatives, Infrastructure Migrations, and SystemUpgrades.
OperationalGovernance: ITCompliance, Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning, and Business Continuity (BCP).
