We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Lead / Senior Operations Staff to support and coordinate the maintenance and servicing of our fruit juice vending machines. This role remains operationally grounded, while also taking on team coordination and deployment responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent service standards.
Training will be provided for candidates who are keen to learn and grow into the role.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Technical Duties
- Perform routine servicing, cleaning, and maintenance of fruit juice vending machines.
- Replenish ingredients and consumables, ensuring freshness and quality standards.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to minimise machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with SFA food safety and hygiene standards.
- Carry out regular checks on machine performance, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Report faults, issues, or parts replacement requirements promptly.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
Team Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate daily and weekly deployment schedules for operations staff across assigned locations.
- Support and guide operations team members on servicing procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ensure manpower is appropriately allocated to meet service frequency and operational needs.
- Act as a point of contact for operational issues and on-ground coordination.
Operational Support
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks and workflow improvements as required.
- Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending practical operational enhancements.
Requirements
- SFA Food Safety trained (preferred) otherwise, training will be provided before deployment.
- Experience servicing fruit juice or beverage vending machines is an advantage.
- Basic technical or mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on operational work.
- Able to work independently while coordinating with a small operations team.
- Possession of a valid driving licence is preferred.
