E-commerce Operation

Location: Singapore (onsite, 5 days a week)

Internship Type: Full-time

Work hours: 9am - 6pm Weekdays

Your Role: E-commerce Ops (a.k.a. The Glue That Keeps Things Running)

Think of this as the heartbeat of our company - where logistics meets creators, and backend work turns into real-world results. You'll work closely with our founding team to help power up the entire supply chain and campaign engine.

Here's what you'll be hands-on with:

. Processing, packing & fulfilling online orders across multiple platforms, unloading deliveries

. Analysing sales and inventory data to optimise stock-ins/outs, restocks of products

. Managing product listings, updating prices, photos & details, doing data transformation to fit different sites

. Helping to set up promotions & run basic ad campaigns, tracking sales and customer satisfaction of products

. Assisting founders with creator onboarding & livestream planning, manage content creation dashboard

. Sourcing new products based on sales data to find what customers want
