What you'll do:
Build and maintain SOPs for sales, delivery, and production workflows
Coordinate daily handoffs between the sales and delivery teams
Set up automations and AI tools to reduce manual work
Support account managers with client management processes
Track operational metrics and flag blockers to leadership
You're a fit if you:
Have experience in operations or project coordination
Can build processes from scratch, not just follow existing ones
Communicate well across different teams
Are comfortable with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, or similar
Work fast, stay organised, and adapt quickly
Have an interest in AI tools and automation
