Job Description

  • Process Development & Documentation:Analyze, write, and maintain clear SOPs and workflows in Microsoft Word.
  • Efficiency Improvement:Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks using Excel data.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:Monitor KPIs and report on results using Excel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with teams to ensure processes meet their needs.
  • Project Management:Lead projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:Maintain high standards and ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in operations management with a strong focus on writing processes.
  • Excellent writing skillsand experience creating SOPs in Microsoft Word.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
