About the Role
We are hiring an Operations & HR Admin Specialist based in Singapore to support local office operations, HR administration, employee lifecycle coordination, and cross-border communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate local employee work pass, employment documentation, and related administrative matters where applicable.
- Track and update visa, employment, HR, and office administration policies relevant to Singapore operations.
- Maintain office operations, workplace environment, office supplies, fixed assets, consumables, and vendor coordination.
- Support daily liaison with government departments, chambers, partners, and external service providers.
- Provide administrative support to overseas employees, including information collection, issue follow-up, expense review, and procurement.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, employment paperwork, labor-related documentation, and local HR vendor coordination.
- Assist with recruitment scheduling, candidate interview coordination, team activities, and company culture initiatives.
- Complete other office, HR, and operations tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of HR, administration, office operations, general affairs, or business operations experience.
- Fluent Mandarin for daily work communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders; good English communication ability.
- Strong ownership, service mindset, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
- Telecom, technology, internet, cross-border business, or China-headquartered company experience is a plus.
