We are looking for a high-caliber Operations & Growth Manager to spearhead our global user acquisition and ecosystem development. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a deep fusion of Web3 technical literacy, international market expansion expertise, and bilingual fluency (English and Mandarin) to bridge our global operations with key stakeholders in Asia and beyond.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Modeling: Formulate and execute end-to-end user growth strategies, optimizing the full funnel including acquisition, conversion, retention, and viral loops.
- Ecosystem Building: Design and refine the user growth framework across community operations, high-value content, and cross-border channel partnerships.
- Global Market Expansion: Lead user expansion in international markets, tailoring localized growth tactics for diverse geographical regions.
- Strategic Partnerships & BD: Integrate industry resources by establishing deep-tier partnerships with global KOLs, crypto-native communities, tier-1 media, and major exchange platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Orchestrate high-impact online/offline initiatives (including AMAs, global airdrops, and community incentive programs) to maximize brand equity.
- Community Architecture: Manage and scale core communities across Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), and Reddit, ensuring high engagement and retention through crypto-native strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor hyper-fast industry shifts and competitor moves to pivot growth strategies in real-time.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Lead data modeling and post-mortem analysis, taking full accountability for KPIs including DAU, MAU, Conversion Rates, and LTV/CAC ratios.
Requirements (Stringent Criteria)
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years of aggressive growth experience specifically within the Web3/Blockchain sector. Applicants must demonstrate a proven track record of scaling decentralized products.
- Technical Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem is mandatory. Direct experience in DeFi protocols, Non-Custodial Wallets, DEX/CEX operations, or GameFi is highly preferred.
- Global Network: Must possess an established, ready-to-use network of international Web3 KOLs, media outlets, and project leads.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is required. The candidate must be able to negotiate with North American partners and Chinese project founders/liquidity providers seamlessly.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in on-chain data analysis and the ability to use data-driven insights to pivot marketing spend.
- Resilience: Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, 24/7 startup environment with a result-oriented mindset.
