Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize Zoho CRM workflows to automate processes between sales and backend operations, enhancing operational efficiency
- Design, implement, and enforce Digital Archiving and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure 100% accuracy in document management and compliance
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in client onboarding and recurring filings by deploying automated triggers to guarantee timely service delivery
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a lean team of assistants to cultivate a culture of speed, technology adoption, and first-time-right execution
- Manage full-set accounts, GST, and tax filings for up to 50 premium clients using Million Accounting Software, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure precise completion of all ACRA and MOM statutory filings by liaising with regulatory bodies
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with founders and business owners, providing expert advisory on Singapore's regulatory environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or CPA Singapore
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in a Corporate Service environment
- Advanced proficiency in Zoho CRM and cloud accounting tools
- Native-level fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with core clients
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in tech-enabled firms such as Sleek or Osome
- Experience with Million Accounting Software
