Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Operations & Finance Executive to support the daily operations of our Singapore office. This is a hybrid role covering office administration, finance coordination, logistics support, and vendor management. The scope of work may evolve in line with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration & Facilities Coordination

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the Singapore office

  • Liaise with the serviced office provider on office-related matters

  • Handle office rental, utilities, communication services, and related payments

  • Manage procurement of office supplies and ensure smooth office operations

Finance & Tax Coordination

  • Support local tax filing, statutory matters and payroll in Singapore

  • Liaise with external accounting firms, tax agents, and corporate service providers

  • Assist in payment processing, documentation, and basic finance coordination

  • Maintain proper records for compliance and audit purposes

Logistics & Procurement Support

  • Provide coordination support for overseas procurement and logistics activities managed through the Singapore office

  • Assist with shipping documentation, logistics coordination, and internal tracking

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with various vendors, service providers, and external partners

  • Coordinate with internal teams across different regions

  • Support ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related disciplines

  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience in administration, operations, finance coordination, or similar roles

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to support regional communication

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external vendors

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Fast learner with strong adaptability to evolving job scope and business needs

  • Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

  • Able to work independently with a proactive and hands-on attitude in a small office setting
