Job Summary
Oversee and lead cleaning and landscape operations to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with site teams and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cleaning and landscape operations to achieve client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Conduct site inspections and participate in meetings to assess project progress and address concerns
- Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring timely resource allocation and task completion
- Anticipate and troubleshoot on-site problems to minimize disruptions and maintain service standards
- Prepare detailed reports documenting site activities, issues, and resolutions for management review
- Manage and guide site supervisors and workers to enhance team performance and adherence to standards
- Execute other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the head of department to support business objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in the cleaning and landscape industry, enhancing operational knowledge and effectiveness
- Class 3 driving license to facilitate site visits and operational mobility
- Singaporean preferred
