Operations Executive

JOB PURPOSE:

To verify the integrity of stock and process and provide value add services to customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. To lead and manage supervisory team at Operations.
2. Manage day-to-day operations (Receiving/Picking/QC/Packing).

JOB CONTENT (PRIMARY & SECONDARY FUNCTIONS):

1. Responsible for effective and efficient Operation processes.
2. Supervise team of Operations Supervisors and Leaders.
3. Maintenance of SOP in areas of responsible in compliance with ISO requirements.
4. Drive cost saving projects.
5. Drive productivity and quality improvement processes.
6. Coordinate overtime requirements on daily basis.
7. Plan training schedule for subordinates.

CREDENTIALS:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum GCE O Level.

EXPERIENCES

• Minimum 5 years experience in warehousing.

• Good understanding of good warehouse practices and management
• Good understanding of quality management.
• Good understanding of ISO 9000 requirements.
• Good understanding of WMS system.
• Able to motivate subordinates to meet Future Electronics (Asia) goals and objectives.
• Able to coordinate all sections to fulfill customer's requirements.
• Able to lead and manage change.
• Must be customer focused.
• Must have a sense of urgency.
• Must have the drive to continuously improve processes.
• Must be a good team player.
