Responsibilities
- Manage company property, facilities, vehicles, and equipment by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve maintenance, lease, and operational issues
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve facility and equipment performance
- Obtain and evaluate cost estimates and quotations from vendors and contractors for proposed maintenance and improvement projects
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure operational continuity and safety
- Oversee vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure high-quality completion of work aligned with company standards
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing company events to enhance engagement and operational success
- Support initiatives to develop experiential retail spaces that elevate customer experience
- Continuously review and update Standard Operating Procedures to align with industry best practices and improve operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and timely issue resolution
- Demonstrate proactive time and self-management to meet operational demands and deadlines
- Adapt to changing priorities with a professional, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute hands-on
Required competencies and certifications
- Local Class 3 driving license (mandatory for vehicle management duties)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience operating 10-foot lorries and manual transmission vehicles to support logistics and transport needs
- Forklift license to assist with equipment handling and warehouse operations
- Background in facilities management, construction, project management, or landscaping to enhance operational oversight
