Working Hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 60 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 60 mins lunch break (8 hr work)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Requirements
- Experience working in a secondary school
- Experience working in a law enforcement agency such as SPF or CNB
- Experience in a student management role or similar capacities
- Good communication and inter-personal skills especially with students
- Proficient in MS Office especially word document and spreadsheet
Key Roles
Administrative and Communication Support
- Managing parents or students on discipline-related matters such as latecoming and behavioural issues.
- Prepare discipline-related data and reports for the HOD/Student Management, including but not limited to latecoming and absenteeism records.
On-Ground Discipline Support
- Perform duties such as canteen duty, detention duty, and patrolling.
- Manage students placed on detention or in-house suspension, ensuring compliance with school rules and that they are meaningfully engaged in assigned tasks.
Event and General Support
- Assist at school events when required.
- Carry out simple administrative tasks assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Key Personnel.
