You will play a key part in ensuring our courses are delivered by top-tier professionals by sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating with our trainers. If you are a master of coordination with a knack for finding great talent, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Trainer Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Proactively hunt for and identify potential trainers on professional platforms like LinkedIn, industry forums, and job portals.

Onboarding & Coordination:

  • Manage the complete trainer onboarding process, from initial interviews to final integration.
  • Organize and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions to familiarize new instructors with our curriculum, standards, and teaching methodologies.

Compliance & Administration:

  • Ensure all trainer documentation, including contracts, certifications, and personal details, is accurately collected, verified, and maintained.
  • Manage and update the central trainer database, keeping records precise and accessible.

Scheduling & Class Assignment:

  • Develop and manage the master training schedule, meticulously plotting all classes.
  • Assign suitable trainers to classes based on their expertise and availability, ensuring all courses are covered without conflict.

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an operations, HR, or recruitment role, preferably within the education or training industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with online sourcing tools.
  • A self-motivated and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
