Straits Millennium will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require visa.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Daily Operations & Settlement
- Operate, monitor, and reconcile transactions across fiat, digital assets and stablecoin products.
- Support end-to-end processing of transactions
- Execute reconciliations with custodians, and settlement counterparties to ensure timely settlement.
- Conducting first-checks KYC for new account openings.
Compliance & Risk Controls
- Ensure operations comply with internal policies and relevant regulations
- Perform daily checks for AML/CFT red flags, transaction monitoring, and travel rule compliance where applicable.
- Support audit, internal control, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Contribute to the enhancement of SOPs and playbooks for new products, wallet infrastructure
Service Provider Coordination
- Liaise with external custodians, liquidity providers and system vendors for operational matters.
- Coordinate with product, technology, compliance, and finance teams on workflows and projects.
- Assist clients and internal teams with operational queries and troubleshooting.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience in operations, treasury, or settlement within digital assets, or financial services.
- Familiarity with institutional custody platforms, blockchain transaction flows, or private fund operations is a plus.
- Understanding of MAS regulations (PSA) and travel rule considerations is desirable.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
