Job Summary
This position manages the cleaning operations and ensures service quality. He/she is required to plan schedules, attend meetings, train Supervisors, maintain cleaning supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, lead, and monitor cleaning operations across the company's portfolio to ensure consistent service delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate cleanliness standards and implement quality improvements aligned with client requirements
- Plan and deliver detailed cleaning schedules, including periodic cleaning timetables, optimizing manpower and equipment utilization
- Train new staff on cleaning standards, quality expectations, health and safety protocols, and proper equipment handling to enhance operational effectiveness
- Oversee Site Supervisors to ensure effective management of ground operations across all required areas
- Maintain accurate records of ground staff working hours to verify overtime and compliance with labor standards
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing timely orders to prevent shortages
- Utilize Infotech and 4insite systems to manage operational data within the assigned portfolio
- Participate in meetings with points of contact (POC) to align operational activities with client expectations
- Be stationed onsite as required to provide hands-on leadership and address operational challenges
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational excellence

- Location: Islandwide
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
- Working Hours: 7am to 4pm and 7am to 12 noon OR as required based on operational needs
- Valid Singapore driving license is preferred but not mandatory
