Position Overview
The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operational activities of the Company to ensure smooth coordination across sales, logistics, customer service, inventory, and healthcare device operations. The role includes handling operational processes, coordinating deliveries and installations, supporting showroom and retail operations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and healthcare industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations
- Manage and monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment of healthcare and medical devices
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, hospitals, clinics, retail outlets, and internal departments
- Coordinate product deliveries, installations, servicing appointments, and customer follow-ups
- Support showroom and retail operational matters, including stock arrangement and replenishment
- Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, inventory records, and documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of operational records in accordance with company procedures
- Assist in handling customer enquiries, order processing, and after-sales support
- Monitor operational timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliveries
- Support promotional events, roadshows, healthcare screenings, or exhibitions when required
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, PDPA requirements, and healthcare industry regulations
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team to support operational requirements
- Handle ad hoc operational duties and assignments as assigned by Management from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare, medical device, retail, or operations environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical device industry will be an added advantage
