Job Description



Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as Operations Executive (Petroleum Products/Tanker).
In this role, your overall responsibilities will include :

  • Obtain and review port agencies quotation from required port agents
  • Monitor and liaise with port agents and ship charterers on tanker movements
  • Arrange pilot for Singapore inward, berthing, unberthing and outward passage
  • Monitor and report vessels status and movement on a daily basis
  • Prepare and instruct vessels for loading and discharging operations
  • Submission of laytime calculation and verification of invoices

Requirements:
  • Diploma or N/O/A Levels
  • Minimum 2 years experience in operations / post fixtures experience with shipowners, charterers or shipbrokers.
  • Organised and a team player
