Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Tracking & Data Collection
- Track daily parcel volumes, transit times, and delivery outcomes across all service points using logistics systems.
- Monitor and record key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery rates, first-attempt success rates, and exception frequencies.
- Identify and highlight key performance trends, delays, or variances from targets to inform management decision-making.
2. Reporting & Insights Generation
- Generate scheduled performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) detailing service point efficiency, parcel throughput, and quality indicators for management review.
- Maintain clear data logs and performance dashboards for operational review.
- Highlight areas requiring improvement based on data patterns and service point comparisons.
3. Data Integrity & Documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all performance metrics in designated systems.
- Support audit processes by maintaining organized records of operational data.
- Assist with basic data validation and correction when discrepancies are identified.
4. Operational Support
- Provide data for route planning, resource allocation, and capacity management discussions.
- Support ad-hoc data requests from operations teams and management.
