Job Description

• Manage commercial operations for bulk carrier/tanker fleet, including post-fixture management.
• Ensure timely freight/hire payments by following up with Charterers.
• Calculate laytime accurately.
• Handle bunker management and procurement.
• Generate routine reports on vessels commercial performance.
• Optimize voyages to maximize revenue.
• Keep vessel voyages updated in the Adhart platform promptly.
• Coordinate with Agents to expedite voyages efficiently.
• Review Port Disbursement Accounts (DAs).
• Manage invoices effectively.
• Provide general administrative support to the team leader as needed.

Requirements

• Minimally a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Maritime/Business.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience (an advantage).
• Welcome candidates with relevant Diploma or Degree, even without experience.
• Possess strong administrative, planning, and implementation skills.
• Demonstrate fluency in English with excellent writing skills.
• Must have bulk carrier experience.
• Must be computer literate.
