About the Role 

As an Operations Executive, your primary goal is to support Singapore Operations and the delivery of RushOwl's Transportation Solutions. 

You're the behind-the-scenes hero who is always seeking to make things efficient & convenient for others. You thrive in a fast-paced work setting and are open to communicating with all stakeholders across our passenger-driver ecosystem. 

You are confident in building and maintaining a brand that our passengers trust and love. You have strong evidence of strong leadership and task management skills. 

So what does a typical workweek look like for you 

1. Assist in the Area Planning process. 
2. Assist in Resource Deployment to ensure trip fulfillment is met. 
3. Participate in managing vehicle stakeholders to make sure satisfactory services are provided. 
4. Rapidly execute, iterate and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run smoothly.
5. Exercise Documentation Practices to ensure all data/information is documented timely for future actionable case studies. 
6. Conduct detailed transportation analysis, with the consideration of trip service levels, constraints/time windows,

Other Important Information

• This is a Full-Time Role, applicable to those in Singapore. 
• Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 11pm to 8am.
• You will report directly to the senior management team of RushOwl.
