Operations Executive (Management Trainee)
Salary: $3,000 to 4,000 SGD per month
Location: Singapore (Tampines)
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (Office hours, fully onsite)

Job Summary
- Our client is a well-established company in Singapore's appliance repair industry.
- Our client is looking for a driven and hands-on Operations Executive (Management Trainee) to join their Project and Corporate Operations team.
- This is an entry-level role designed to groom future operations leaders through structured on-the-job training, mentorship and exposure across service operations, project coordination, manpower planning, inventory control, procurement, customer service and business process improvement.
- You will work closely with internal teams, technicians, customer service, business development and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely service delivery and continuous improvement across the business.
- This role is ideal for someone who is organised, analytical, service-oriented and eager to grow into a people and operations management role.
Job Scope
- Coordinate end-to-end service operations for residential, corporate and project-based work.
- Plan and schedule technician deployments, monitor job progress and support service level compliance.
- Assist with daily manpower planning, resource allocation and operational coordination.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate maintenance contracts and client projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, documentation, quotations, client updates and internal follow-ups.
- Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse and technician stock locations.
- Support replenishment planning, procurement coordination, stock audits and inventory control improvements.
- Use operational systems and internal platforms to track jobs, inventory, tasks and performance updates.
- Assist in developing SOPs, workflows and process improvements to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyse operational KPIs and prepare management reports for decision-making.
- Coordinate with on-site and remote colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support onboarding, coaching and performance development of team members as the role progresses.
- Take on increasing ownership of operational portfolios, with the opportunity to move into team leadership and people management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, customer service, inventory management, procurement or a related function.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience and a clear interest in operations management may also be considered.
