What You'll Focus On
- Performance Leadership: Take charge of controlling and monitoring warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Collaboration: Be the vital link between LOCAD and our Warehouse Service Providers, fostering strong relationships and seamless coordination.
- Cross-Department Synergy: Work closely with other LOCAD teams, ensuring all departments are aligned and working towards common goals.

What You Bring
- Proven Experience: You've spent at least a year in a Junior Supervisor or Supervisor role, with hands-on experience in warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management). E-commerce experience is a major plus!
- Analytical Skills: You're a data-driven decision-maker with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret performance data to enhance operations.
- Communication Mastery: You're comfortable communicating through various channelswhether face-to-face, on calls, via email, or chat. Clear and concise communication is key.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems and skilled in using office tools like Google Suites and Microsoft Office to support your work.
- Presentation Skills: You know how to turn complex data into compelling insights and present them to various stakeholders.
