What You'll Focus On

  • Performance Leadership: Take charge of controlling and monitoring warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Collaboration: Be the vital link between LOCAD and our Warehouse Service Providers, fostering strong relationships and seamless coordination.
  • Cross-Department Synergy: Work closely with other LOCAD teams, ensuring all departments are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Gather and analyze performance data to uncover opportunities for improvement and track operational success.
  • Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks, take preventive actions, and escalate critical issues to maintain peak performance.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects, driving operational improvements across the board.
  • Impactful Reporting: Use your analytical skills to report on performance metrics, interpreting data to recommend actionable solutions and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Proven Experience: You've spent at least a year in a Junior Supervisor or Supervisor role, with hands-on experience in warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management). E-commerce experience is a major plus!
  • Analytical Skills: You're a data-driven decision-maker with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret performance data to enhance operations.
  • Communication Mastery: You're comfortable communicating through various channelswhether face-to-face, on calls, via email, or chat. Clear and concise communication is key.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems and skilled in using office tools like Google Suites and Microsoft Office to support your work.
  • Presentation Skills: You know how to turn complex data into compelling insights and present them to various stakeholders.
