Lion Heartlanders is a tour operator, and National Education solutions provider. We conduct tours and educational programmes focusing on Singapore's heritage and culture.

We create tour programs that focuses on The Singapore Story. Transform traditional tours into interactive activities that encourages active learning and ensure that our programs are deeply researched for factual content.

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to support the smooth delivery of our tours and engagement programmes. You will manage tour logistics, assist in facilitation, coordinate with guides and vendors, and ensure high-quality experiences for our clients. Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end tour operations, including planning, logistics, risk management, execution, and post-tour follow-up to ensure smooth delivery of programmes
  • Monitor on-ground operations and ensure all logistical arrangements are executed efficiently and accurately
  • Support and participate in tour operations as facilitator, host, and administrative/technical support (both physical and virtual tours)
  • Manage guides and facilitators allocation and scheduling for tours (online and offline)
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendors and suppliers (e.g. transport, venues)
  • Represent the company professionally when engaging with clients and external stakeholders
  • Support internal sales team for customer enquiries related to ops and liaise with them to ensure alignment and seamless communication across teams
  • Monitor, track, and report customer feedback and online reviews (e.g. Google, Internal Feedback Platform)
  • Ensure high standards of tour quality and customer satisfaction
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows and contribute to the product developments and improvement of SOPs, processes, and operational frameworks
  • Handle the execution of large-scale projects, peak-period operations, and ad-hoc programmes, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate interns, providing feedback to support their development
  • Other ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned such as weekly, monthly reporting to the manager as well as the preparation of operational reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Working experience in tourism-related industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
  • Great coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Personable and fluent in English
