Retail/Distribution(Fashion&Apparel)
Our client is a global lifestyle brand with regional operations based in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Operations Executive to support regional operations and distributor management across Asia.
Responsibilities
- Work in a developing environment and proactively build and optimize internal processes
- Identify and structure undefined operations, driving execution across functions
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate order processing with regional distributors
- Issue Proforma Invoices (PI) and support production planning with suppliers
- Coordinate shipping schedules and liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare and manage export documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists)
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams, distributors, and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide operational and administrative support to regional distributors
- Maintain product master data and prepare product information/materials for distributors and partners
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and drive process improvements, including leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude Code, Manus) to automate and streamline operations
- Assist in preparing business materials, reports, and supporting regional market initiatives
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Possess a Diploma in any field
- Around 2 years of working experience in operations, sales administration, logistics, or related roles
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) not only for research but for workflow automation and efficiency improvement
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is required, as this role involves regular communication with stakeholders in Japan and across regional teams.

- Experience in trade operations, order management, or logistics coordination
- Experience working with regional distributors or international partners
- Experience using AI tools or automation tools to improve workflows
