Job Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following

  • Coordinate event setup and operations for onsite execution

  • Assist with floor plan drafting, layout planning, and SketchUp drawings

  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and venue management

  • Ensure smooth event setup and teardown operations

  • Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and onsite arrangements

  • Assist with applications for relevant event licences and permits

  • Ensure compliance with venue and safety requirements

  • Support technical and operational requirements including audio, lighting, and electrical setup

  • Conduct site recce and assist with onsite coordination and problem-solving during events

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, activations, or related industries

  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn

  • Basic knowledge of SketchUp, floor plans, or layout planning preferred

  • Familiar with licensing submissions is a bonus

  • Comfortable communicating with contractors and vendors

  • Internet savvy with basic Microsoft Office knowledge

  • Able to commit weekends and overtime when required
