We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our company's day-to-day operations and offline marketing events.
This role involves coordinating venue bookings, managing on-site event operations, handling manpower scheduling, and assisting with general administrative and documentation tasks.
The ideal candidate is organised, hands-on, and able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
. Coordinate and manage venue bookings for roadshows and offline marketing events
. Handle manpower scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance coordination
. Provide on-site operational support during events to ensure smooth execution
. Liaise with vendors and suppliers on logistics, materials, and setup arrangements
. Assist in recruitment and training of part-timers and event staff
. Prepare and maintain operational reports, contracts, and documentation
. Support general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required
. Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related fields
. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, events, or administrative support
. Strong communication and coordination skills
. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
. Willing to work on-site at events when required (occasional weekends)
