Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

. Coordinate delivery routes for all delivery trucks servicing modern trade & retail outlets island wide

. Oversee and manage incoming indent shipments of air-freighted perishable products

. Process and handle daily returns of invoices from modern trade customers

. Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods onto delivery trucks and on-time delivery to the customers daily in a cost-effective manner

. Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs

. Manage the logistics team in terms of scheduling working shift, coaching and providing necessary training and support

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, resolve operational issues and improve overall performance

. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all operational activities

. Monitor and assist in managing current stock levels, generating reports to track inventory movement for the management

. Execute any additional tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager

Job Requirements:

. Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management

. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within the food manufacturing industry

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP S4 is a plus

. Ability to perform well under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently

. Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
