Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising, and referrals.
Process, verify and maintain personnel-related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
Maintain candidates & clients databases and networks.
Providing resumes, interviews, and career advice to potential candidates.
Developing and managing ongoing client relationships - both on the phone and face to face.
Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
Requirements:
At least a N/O Level, Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
No experience is welcome.
