Job Description
. Handle daily operations including processing participant requests and managing onboarding of new participants.
. Respond to general enquiries from financial institutions and coordinate system testing activities.
. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, conduct compliance reviews, and maintain operational documentation.
. Manage ticket tracking systems and ensure all activities meet established service level agreements.
. Liaise with financial institutions and stakeholders, monitor system alerts, and reconcile invoices.
. Provide administrative support for meetings and regulatory submissions.
. Maintain accurate records in the Authority's systems and participate in sync-up calls.
Requirements
. Minimum diploma qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
. Must uphold strong code of work ethnics, in particular confidentiality of information
