Report to HOD (Aesthetics & Applied Science) and/or Operations Manager.
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the Creative Arts Complex (CAC), including Reflections Theatre, CCA rooms, and VVIP room.
Manage scheduled repair and maintenance of specialized equipment (sound, lighting, AV systems, cherry picker, retractable seating).
Provide technical and operational support for performances and events at Reflections Theatre.
Assist with facilities checks and feedback for Indoor Sports Hall The Arena and The Cage during non-performance periods.
Support marketing, scheduling, and booking of Reflections Theatre.
Provide AVA (Audio Visual Aid) support for school operations when required.
Mentor and guide students from the Media Club CCA in AVA-related skills.
During non-performance periods, provide secondary support by conducting weekly or bi-weekly checks and reporting faults at the Creative Arts Complex to the Operations Manager for timely maintenance activation.
Qualifications:
Minimum GCE O Level, ITE certificate in a related field, or Diploma in Building Services, Arts & Theatre Management, or related disciplines.
Experience or knowledge in PA sound systems and stage lighting/DMX systems preferred.
Willing to work non-regular hours when events are scheduled at the Creative Arts Complex, particularly at Reflections Theatre.
