Operations Executive, Digital Asset (Singapore)

Our client is a regional securities brokerage firm that they provide fully integrated services to clients including digital assets, payment solutions and other financial instruments. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an Operations Executive and the role is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform digital asset, fiat, stablecoins trade operations and settlements
• Liaise with custodians, settlement counterparts to execute reconciliations and ensure settlements in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in KYC / AML for new client onboarding
• Work with team members to contribute to the enhancement of SOPs
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on operations issue
• Ensure operations process is aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Other ad-hoc operations duties when necessary

Key Requirements

• At least 2 years of Operations, Middle Office experience such as trade operations, settlement etc.
• Exposure to digital assets is advantageous.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements such as Payment Services Acts is desirable.
• Detail-minded, motivated, positive mindset.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
