Job Description

  • Ensure smooth running of sites operation as assigned
  • Prepare periodic schedules for sites as assigned
  • Scheduling of daily site visits to respective clients premises
  • Handle enquiries and feedback from clients
  • Provide regular updates of clients feedback and requirements to Operations Director
  • Conduct ad hoc checks on sites to ensure cleaning team comply to SOP and safety requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Operations/Project Co-ordination
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasked assigned
  • A team player who is proactive with positive attitude
  • Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
  • Experience in cleaning service will be an advantage
