Job Description:
- Assist the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) in various projects, including coordination, execution of general cleaning processes, and managing cleaning logistics.
- Conduct on-site risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
- Review work orders to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
- Assist in the delivery of equipment and cleaning products to customer sites.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to cleaning staff ensure team members skills and service competencies are consistently maintained.
- Report to the Operations Manager.
- Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/GCE N or O Level/Professional Certificate/NITEC qualification, with at least 3 years of working experience in the cleaning service industry preferred.
- Strong industry knowledge in commercial cleaning and disinfection.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent leadership skills with strong initiative able to analyse situations and think flexibly.
- Supervisory skills to manage and guide cleaning staff.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in email and Microsoft Excel.
- Singaporeans ONLY.
Other Information:
- 6 working days per week
- Salary: S$2,500 to $4,600 (Based on experience)
- Location: Multiple locations / islandwide (in Singapore)
