Operations Executive (Cleaning/Housekeeping)

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• Proven experience managing multiple operational sites
• Strong ability to address manpower challenges effectively
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team of up to 500 staff
• Capable of handling client feedback and implementing effective action plans
• Skilled in presentations and client engagement
• Able to collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
• Competent in preparing and submitting monthly reports to clients
• Analytical mindset to interpret operational data and recommend improvements
• Responsible for providing regular updates and progress reports to the Head of Operations
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
• Class 3 driving licence
