You will play an important role to:
. Monitoring the outstanding sales contract
. Ensure stock availability to fulfil customer's orders.
. Complete documentation such as invoicing, delivery order etc.
. Liaise and coordinate with customer, for weekly order delivery
. Liaise and coordinate with customer, 3PL warehouse and
. To ensure proper upkeep of the documentation system
ie invoices, delivery orders
. Arranging delivery to despatch customers orders
. Follow up on customers feedback and provide solutions
Qualifications & Role Requirement
. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
. Good communication skills - verbal and written
. Able to work independently and as a team with other functional
groups including Sales, Finance, Service
. Positive attitude and able to work effectively with all levels of staff.
