Operations Executive / Bunker Programmer

Responsibilities:

. Prepare ship position updates

. Ensure the ship voyage is performed efficiently and that costs are kept to a minimum

. Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities and liaise with external parties to ensure efficient commercial operations

. Update clients on ship activities, personnel, and fleet changes

Requirements:

. Min 2 years experience coordinating operations in a logistics/shipping environment

. Effective communication skill

. Experience with ship operations will be an added advantage

. Positive attitude and as a team player

. Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast paced working environment

. Willing to handle department shift phone and work on weekends as necessary
