Working Hours: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
Monthly Salary: Up to S$3,500/month (Negotiable)
Job Responsibilities:
Communication Support:
- Act as interpreter and translator (English - Japanese) for meetings, documents, and daily communications.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the management team (Japanese-speaking members included) and local staff.
- Ensure accurate understanding and follow-up on management directives and feedback across teams.
Operational Support:
- Provide general support to management in daily operational matters.
- Consolidate reports and KPIs, and coordinate information flow between HQ and outlets.
- Support planning and execution of store operations and manpower arrangements as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese to perform translation and interpretation tasks as required for business operations.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Experience in interpretation/translation, or management/operations support. - Previous working experience in the F&B industry, especially in multi-outlet operations.
- Hands-on experience in store operations, planning, or project execution.
