This role supports expatriate housing for multinational clients by taking care of the on-the-ground details that keep homes in good condition and tenants happy. You will work closely with our Corporate Housing Relationship Manager and sales agents.
. Attend key handover appointments with our sales agents to document property condition in detail, including taking extensive photos and notes for our records.
. Protect our corporate clients by identifying and recording any pre-existing issues in the property so they are not unfairly held responsible at the end of the lease.
. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, touch-ups and maintenance, ensuring work is done properly and on time.
. Liaise with building management and service centers to resolve practical issues (access cards, defects, appliance issues, air-con service, etc.).
. Visit a wide range of properties across Singapore, from condos and landed homes to high-end residences, gaining exposure to different locations and property types.
. Act as a practical problem-solver for day-to-day housing matters, keeping both internal teams and tenants informed of progress.
