Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities

. Assist with new stock preparation, including unpacking, labeling, and organizing.

. Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet our standards before distribution or sale.

. Handle packing and order preparation for online and offline sales.

. Support customer service, including handling phone calls and assisting walk-in customers.

. Issue invoices for counter sales and repair services.

. Support events and roadshows, including setup and customer engagement.

. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirement:

. GCE O Level, Technical Cerificate or equivalent. (Higher qualifications welcome)

. Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar operations or support role.

. Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

. Physically fit to handle stock and assist in event setups.

. Willing to support ad hoc tasks when required.
