Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the complete life cycle of air freight shipments, from origin to final destination, ensuring on-time performance.
Act as the primary liaison, coordinating effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling teams to guarantee seamless movement and timely delivery of goods.
Provide proactive and responsive customer service, quickly addressing client inquiries and effectively resolving any shipment-related issues or delays.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all shipment records and documentation, including arranging necessary customs paperwork and creating Air Waybills.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, identify opportunities for efficiency gains, and propose improvements to enhance overall service quality.
Support projects and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
Minimum 12 years of experience in logistics, air freight operations, or customer service.
Prior knowledge of air freight documentation, systems, and standard operating procedures is a plus, but not mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
